Refund policy


Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are eligible for a refund. To request a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Approved cases will be refunded to your original payment method.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
All items are non-returnable. This includes sale items and gift cards.


Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
This policy does not apply, as we do not accept returns. However, if your item is defective or damaged, you may still request a refund as stated above.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your request and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
